Make your final wishes clear

Everyone should undertake some level of estate planning. A basic estate plan can consist of four main elements:
  • a will
  • a healthcare proxy
  • a living will
  • a durable power of attorney
Many people have a general idea of where they want their assets to go after they pass away. The will formalizes those wishes. If you are incapacitated, a healthcare proxy, living will and durable power of attorney determine who will make decisions for you. This person or these people are sometimes referred to as your executor or your agent, depending on the document. After you have made these important decisions and inserted the information into our system, our attorneys will review your answers and provide any assistance needed.
